Postoperative Lymphatic Therapy

Our postoperative lymphatic therapy sessions are designed to reduce recovery time, improve mobility, and relieve pain, swelling, and discomfort following surgery. All sessions are provided by licensed, board-certified RN, OT, and PT clinicians and are 60 minutes in duration.

Each session includes:

  • Medically informed lymphatic massage
  • Soft tissue mobilization
  • Fibrosis and scar management
  • Postoperative education and recovery guidance
  • Holistic support for optimal healing

Adjunct modalities such as deep oscillation, therapeutic ultrasound, low-level laser therapy, and kinesiotaping may be incorporated as clinically appropriate at no additional cost.

Rates: $220 – $325 per session, depending on package selection and red light add-on option. Discounted pricing is available for 4-, 8-, and 12-session packages.

Red Light Therapy

Our red light therapy bed supports mitochondrial activation and cellular function, helping to enhance healing and recovery. Sessions are 30 minutes in length and may be selected as an add-on to lymphatic sessions.

Rates: $50 – $75 per session, depending on package selection

Scheduling & Clinical Guidance

We recommend beginning with booking a single session. At your initial session, our experienced clinicians will then provide individualized recommendations regarding frequency and duration based on your procedure, healing stage, and recovery goals.

While you should always follow your surgeon’s specific recommendations, general guidelines include:

  • Body procedures: Initiate lymphatic therapy within the first week post-surgery
  • Face procedures: Initiate lymphatic therapy within the first two weeks post-surgery
