Heather Gavric

OTR/L, CLT-LANA, CCST, Founder and Director of Rehabilitation

Hi, I’m Heather! My clinical background spans neuro, acute care, and oncology rehabilitation, where I have had the privilege of working at some of the top hospitals and clinics in the Bay Area. One of my proudest accomplishments was founding the Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Program at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, where I witnessed firsthand the powerful impact that specialized, compassionate care can have on surgical recovery. Through those experiences, I also recognized a major gap: Patients undergoing cosmetic, oncologic, orthopedic, or ambulatory procedures often lacked access to the same level of hospital-quality, comprehensive medical care once they left the operating room. That realization inspired me to create InHands Postoperative Therapy and Recovery—a safe, luxurious, and highly-specialized facility designed to provide the kind of attentive, evidence-based, and nurturing care I believe every patient deserves.

Sara, MS, OTR/L, C-MLD, CCST

Hi, I’m Sara! I am an experienced occupational therapist with a diverse background that includes inpatient rehabilitation for brain injury and stroke, skilled nursing care for patients with complex medical and mental health needs, pediatrics, and now, specialized post-operative rehabilitation.

I thrive on developing a deep understanding of each patient’s recovery goals and tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique post-surgical needs. I’m especially passionate about patient education—particularly demystifying the lymphatic system—and I enjoy equipping clients with customized home protocols so they can play an active role in their healing journey. I believe recovery is not only physical, but also mental and emotional. Guided by empathy and clinical insight, I strive to be a thoughtful problem solver, creating individualized solutions to help each patient reach their fullest potential. In 2017, I was honored to present my research at the National Board of Occupational Therapy Conference in Chicago.

I’m passionate about holistic, patient-centered care and am now expanding my experience to include new healing modalities that can further enhance long-term health and well-being. Hi, I’m Angeliki! I’m an occupational therapist with a focused interest in post-operative cosmetic recovery and women’s health.

My background combines clinical precision with compassionate care, allowing me to blend evidence-based lymphatic strategies with a deep commitment to whole-person healing. I believe in an art-meets-science approach—using hands-on skill and a therapeutic presence to help clients reconnect with their bodies, reduce swelling, and take an active role in their wellness journey between sessions.
